CEO of Clarence Village, dedicated to creating a community that cares for seniors by providing a home, connection and aged care in northern NSW. He is an active voice for reform, advocating for policy changes to improve the quality, viability and availability of regional aged care.
With a background in occupational therapy and public health, she brings extensive experience across clinical practice, health promotion, workforce development and service improvement. She leads the national education and provider services portfolio, working with aged care, health and community organisations to strengthen dementia capability.
An experienced clinical pharmacist specialising in medication management for aged care, she works with facilities across the sector to support quality use of medicines and quality improvement. She also brings qualifications in digital health, implementing initiatives such as telehealth and electronic prescribing to improve clinical care.
